When a buyer deposits funds, they are held securely in escrow. The seller only receives payment after the buyer confirms they received the goods or services. If there's a dispute, our admin team reviews the evidence and makes a fair decision.
We support cryptocurrency payments (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL, XRP, LTC, BNB) and M-Pesa for Kenyan users. Crypto payments work across multiple networks including Ethereum, Tron, BSC, and Solana.
Our fees are transparent and tiered based on trade amount: $2-$50 trades have a flat $0.50 fee, $50-$500 trades are 1.5%, $500-$2000 are 1.2%, and $2000-$10000 are 0.8%. Maximum fee is $100. Fees are split 50/50 between buyer and seller.
Either party can open a dispute if something goes wrong. The escrow funds are frozen, and our admin team reviews the case. Both parties can provide evidence. The admin will then release funds to the rightful party or issue a refund.
